Return & repair policy

To request the return or repair of an item purchased from our website please follow the instructions below:

  1. Your request must be emailed to info@mounser.com.
  2. Include your order number and photos of each repair or damage as well as instructions detailing the issue in question.
  3. Customer must provide proof of purchase from mounser.com.
  4. Returns of unworn merchandise in original packaging will be accepted for a refund  within 7 days of the receiving date.
  5. Shipping charges are nonrefundable.
  6. Any returns requested after 7 days of receipt will be eligible for store credit only. 
  7. All returns and repairs must be labeled with a mounser issued return authorization number, and be shipped within 5 business days of return authorization, otherwise the shipment will be refused and returned to sender.
  8. Tracking details must be provided for the return - the item is the responsibility of the customer until it reaches us, and we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit. 
  9. Mounser offers free repairs on all mounser.com items within 3 months of purchase.   Repairs reported after this 3 month period will be subject to a repair fee.  Email info@mounser.com for a repair quote and return authorization number.
